Best Quality not working for 1:1 aspect ratio

To reproduce:

1. Enter a custom prompt.

2. Select 1:1 aspect ratio and Best Quality.

3. Generate. Timer runs on indefinitely and no image is generated, not even after a page refresh.

Notes:

• Fails on all models.

• Base and High Quality images generate without a problem.

• Best Quality works for all other aspect ratios.
