image generation completely failing to use any prompts

I noticed all my images were looking similar, no matter what I did, I would get the same person. I tried contacting support, who ignored me.

To replicate this, try to generate an image with the tag transgender, and select literally any race or hair color, or position

I realized later the AI was just refusing to use prompts when I loaded the image in a new tab and it said the only prompt present was transgender

You can also go to the gallery and use the filters of one of the NOT same face/same generic person that you usually get, then try to add prompts. I took this image from the gallery of someone who was close to what I was looking for and tried adding "pink hair" or "small breasts" and it just re-made the exact same image with slightly different hair position
