Inpaint Not Working

I just used inpaint to reduce breast size, and it increased them instead, adding larger nipples also. Arrgh! Same thing happened when asking it to reduce an ass size.

Earlier today I used it to create a TG image and instead of a penis it drew a yellow ribbon on the first attempt then a large squashed vegetable shaped thing on the second.

Is the AI feeling okay?
