"Reuse parameters" not saving Positive prompt correctly or hanging

On the AI Generator (Create) page, using the Reuse parameters button can result in a different image, even when the prompt, seed, parameters, sliders, etc. are all exactly the same as for the original.

This bug occurs on the AI Generator (Create) page, but only after refreshing the page, opening it in a new tab, or re-opening the page after having closed it or the web browser.

NOTES:

• Generating an image and then using "Reuse parameters" for that image without a page refresh will correctly populate the Positive prompt field.

• Using Use filters on the image's individual page will correctly populate the Positive prompt field.

Alternatively, sometimes when clicking the Reuse parameters button on a recently generated image, the generator hangs indefinitely and fails to generate an image.

To reproduce:

1. On the AI Generator (Create) page, click the Reset session button to reset the generator settings to default.

2. Generate an image, for example:
   25-year-old Spanish woman in a public park at night
   

3. Reload the AI Generator (Create) page, or close it or close the browser then re-open.

4. Click Reuse parameters on the just-created image.

5. Click Generate. Either the generator hangs (the timer runs indefinitely and no image is generated) OR the image is different than the original, despite no changes being made to the prompt or parameters.

EDIT: As pointed out in the comments below, the different-image bug can be manually fixed by the user temporarily changing the prompt, for example by placing the cursor anywhere in the prompt field, adding a space, then deleting it.
