Transgender Image Creation

I'd like to request that the current difficulties with creating transgender (TG) images could be resolved please.

Currently it seems the only reliable way of creating TG content is to use an "action" prompt, but TG is not an action any more than "Male" or "Female" is, and only one action can be selected at a time - so the system as currently designed makes it impossible for members to specify actions such as "blow job" or "anal dildo" etc when creating TG images. It's very frustrating, and also it means TG creators have downgraded features available to them compared to others. If we could be given a level playing field it would be truly awesome!
