Warnings for clashing combinations like "naked" and "tshirt"

Every now and again I find my clothes, or certain items of clothing, aren't appearing no matter how hard I change the settings. Then I realise I have I have "topless" or "naked" enabled. D'oh. It would be very useful to show a warning that I have competing option selected that might mess up my image
